{"id":2866,"date":"2015-10-10T12:13:23","date_gmt":"2015-10-10T12:13:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/famosa.com.bo\/web\/?p=2866"},"modified":"2015-10-10T12:13:23","modified_gmt":"2015-10-10T12:13:23","slug":"fideos-con-nata-guisantes-y-jamon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/famosa.com.bo\/web\/fideos-con-nata-guisantes-y-jamon\/","title":{"rendered":"Fideos  con Nata, Guisantes y Jam\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>INGREDIENTES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de Fideos FAMOSA<\/li>\n<li>250 ml de Nata para Cocinar<\/li>\n<li>200 g de Jam\u00f3n Cocido<\/li>\n<li>200 g de Guisantes<\/li>\n<li>1 Cebolla Peque\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li>75 g de Queso Parmesano<\/li>\n<li>Nuez Moscada<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de Oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primero hervimos los guisantes, los escurrimos y los pasamos bajo un chorro de agua fr\u00ed\u00ada para que los guisantes mantengan el color vivo. Reservamos. Cortamos el jam\u00f3n en cubitos y reservamos. En una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de oliva agregamos la cebolla, sazonamos, sofre\u00edmos por 5 minutos a fuego medio, agregamos el jam\u00f3n picado y los guisantes, removemos todos 2 minutos. A\u00f1adimos la nata, salpimentamos y dejamos reducir. Mientras hervimos los fideos en una olla con agua, sal y un chorrito de aceite por 8 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n al dente. Escurrimos los, vertimos en la sart\u00e9n de la nata con los guisantes y el jam\u00f3n y mezclamos durante un minuto.
