Volt\u00e9los para asegurarse de que toda la superficie quede negra. Cuando todav\u00eda est\u00e1n calientes, p\u00f3ngalos en una bolsa grande de pl\u00e1stico. \u00c1tela bien y d\u00e9jelos sudar 20 minutos para quitarles f\u00e1cilmente la piel tostada. Quite las semillas y reb\u00e1nelos en tiras delgadas de 5 cm. \u00danteles un poco del aceite de oliva virgen y d\u00e9jelos aparte.
