Agregar la mantequilla y lentamente los l\u00edquidos, empezando con el zumo de Naranja. Amasar hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea. Golpear la masa para desarrollar el gluten. Dejar reposar hasta que la masa est\u00e9 \u00abrelajada\u00bb, aprox 15 min.\u00a0Estirar la masa con un rodillo hasta dejarla lo m\u00e1s delgada posible.
