Mientras tanto, en una sart\u00e9n, salteamos la cebolla y el ajo en el aceite de oliva. A continuaci\u00f3n, incorporamos el tomate triturado y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento durante, aproximadamente 5 minutos. Incorporamos las aceitunas, la albahaca, sal, pimienta y la pizca de az\u00facar. Removemos bien. Finalmente a\u00f1adimos la pasta, previamente escurrida, y las bolas de mozzarella al sart\u00e9n.
